Supervision involves far more than “telling people what to do.” In this course you will enjoy the opportunity to confidentially assess your current supervisory skills. The course is then designed to help you increase your effectiveness in each of these skill areas. Learn the behaviors that every employee expects from a leader they are willing to follow. Discover how to plan and prioritize your work. Experience how to teach new employees the skills they need to succeed. Learn how to coach your employees to perform even more effectively.
