Cancellation:

For courses with registration fees: If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, you must cancel your registration at least 5 business days (1 calendar week) prior to the class. If you do not cancel in this timeframe, you will be charged for the course and provided a credit to attend the course before the end of the fiscal year in which you registered.

Classes may also be canceled due to low enrollment, defined as fewer than 10 registrants for courses with a registration fee and 5 registrants for all other classes.
