Classification & Compensation

The office of Classification and Compensation coordinates the university’s staff job-classification process. The Class/Comp office can assists departments with establishment of new staff positions and reclassification of existing positions, in addition to department consultations on strategic job design, staffing issues and recommendation on compensation ranges.
