Effective, Saturday Oct. 12, the University System of Georgia (USG) will be restricting access in how you update personal information within OneUSG. You will still be able to view your information in a protected manner via the OneUSG Connect Employee Self Service portal. However, with these changes, you will not be able to update your information unless you are physically present on campus and using your institution’s network. This includes Direct Deposit, Personal Details, W-2 and all other Tax information.

Department heads or their designees have the authority to establish teleworking arrangements. Telework should not be considered an employee right or entitlement. Telework requests and designations are based upon management discretion and in accordance with the determination of what best serves the university and its students.

To file a grievance with the Office of Employee Relations, go to the consultation and grievance webpage.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with an HR Case number and someone from the Employee Relations office will contact you within 3 business days.
