This workshop will focus on how to REFRESH your mental, emotional, and physical health as we navigate through a new pandemic era. This presentation will challenge you to slow down, prioritize your well-being, and examine the importance of self-care. You will learn how to find new strength and effective strategies for fueling mind and body and improving physical activity to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

The Women at Work planning committee has established six pillars individuals can work on to be successfully balanced: Image, communication, financial fitness, community service, health and wellness, and fun.
Each year, the committee invites representatives from the community to lead workshops/webinars and host a table during our annual workshop to educate our participants in these six areas.
The goal of the Women at Work Series is to generate new knowledge for Georgia State University staff, create more informed and business-savvy citizens, and provide an additional professional development option for the university community. Students also participate in the series, which allows them to network, enhance their presentation skills and knowledge base, and seek mentors. This series has become a tool to educate, motivate, and empower those who participate.
During the 2021-2022 academic year, our theme is, “Reset,Refresh & Reconnect: At each event, we will give you the opportunity to obtain another notch to complete your key to success. Join us as we continue to educate, motivate, and empower.
