Georgia State uses a new Human Resources Business Management System to process position reviews.
The Business Management System is a database tracking device used for Employee Relations, AA/EEO, Sponsor-Funded, and Classification and Compensation processes. The Classification and Compensation portion of the Management System has replaced the six-page Position Review Form (PRF). The system is a cloud-based program that allows users to track workflow.
The system has two parts: the Initiator Access area replicates the former PRF, and the Approver Access area allows HRAC members to review, approve and/or forward actions to the Classification and Compensation office.
