Faculty and Staff Assistance (FASA) is an internal Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing services including confidential consultations, short-term counseling, assessment and referrals. These services are part of the benefits offered to Georgia State faculty, staff, retirees and eligible dependents.
FASA is a place to find support for managing stressful work and life situations. Emergency assistance is available for crisis situations 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Is It Confidential?
FASA respects your right to receive private, confidential treatment. Unless you request it in writing, your concerns remain confidential and are never a part of your personnel file.
