If you disagree with your supervisor’s rating of your performance, you may provide additional information (e.g. prior good feedback) and request your supervisor to make changes to the ratings. However, it is at the supervisor’s discretion if a change is made. Employees do have the right to write a rebuttal within 30 calendar days of receiving their performance evaluation. A copy of the employee’s rebuttal must be submitted to the supervisor and to the Office of Employee Relations at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, Employee Relations will attach the employee’s rebuttal to his/her performance evaluation.
